Entry-level heat pump fitter
We are looking for a professional who is just starting out or has limited experience, and who wants to learn how to work to a high standard and in a professional manner.
You’ll be working with heat pumps, air conditioning systems and more complex building services systems alongside experienced professionals. At the start, of course, we’ll do a lot of things together; we’ll show you, explain things and teach you. As you go along, however, we’d like you to You will be able to handle more and more tasks independently, and in time you will become a professional who can be entrusted with carrying out an entire project on their own.
It’s fine if you don’t have much experience yet. It’s important that you’re passionate about what you do, that you want to improve, and that you make sure whatever you produce is of a high standard.
Tasks
- Air conditioners, heat pumps, VRV systems piping, commissioning, maintenance and servicing
- Commuting between locations by company car, with parking available on site
- Dealing with customers keeping in touch by telephone, in person
- Requirements relating to the task administrative tasks completion
- Learning, development
- Working independently and working alongside experienced colleagues
- Varied in Budapest and the surrounding area venues
- Monday to Friday Work is carried out on weekdays only, with no weekend work. We usually start at 8.00 am at the work site, and the work lasts until around 5.00 pm.
Requirements
- Category B driving licence
- At least a secondary school qualification
- Proactive, precise and meticulous work
- Good problem-solving skills
- Physical load capacity (moving 30-50 kg)
- Technical orientation
- Working 40 hours a week
- An advantage in the assessment process, if you have experience in air-conditioning installation, building services engineering or other technical fields, a refrigerant handling certificate or a knowledge of English

We are looking for a colleague who has a technical mindset and would like to learn how to install air-conditioning and heat pump systems. We’d still like to hear from you if you’ve gained experience as an electrician, maintenance technician, machine setter or in another technical role, but would like to work with air-conditioning and heat pump technology.
