Air conditioning maintenance procedure - Prices
1. dismantle and inspect the indoor unit(s), provide an expert opinion on the need for cleaning steps beyond the basic package.
You can decide on the spot whether or not you want them.
Contents of the basic package: cleaning of filters, disinfection of indoor unit, testing of condensate drainage, assembly of unit, condition assessment of outdoor unit, operational test.
The price of the basic package: 10.000 Ft (AAM).
The basic package does not include the delivery fee, you can calculate the delivery fee in the calculator below.
In addition to the basic package, you can find a price list of our optional maintenance services below the calculator.

2. Additional services and prices that can be added to the basic package:
- High pressure washing with water: 10.000 Ft / indoor unit
- Dismantling of the indoor unit into parts (fan, drip tray removal, cleaning): 24.000 Ft
- Use of degreasing or fungicide: 4.000 Ft
- Outdoor unit condenser cleaning: 4.000 Ft - with brush
- Outdoor unit condenser cleaning: 4.000 Ft - with water
- Use of outdoor unit washing bag: 4.000 Ft
- Dismantling of outdoor unit (if the protective grille is on or the unit is too close to the wall and cannot be accessed or the outdoor unit has to be washed with water): 12.000 Ft
- Difficult to reach unit (e.g. placed higher than 3 m): 5.000 Ft

Heat pump maintenance procedure - Prices
The cost of heat pump maintenance: 45.000 Ft / equipment
The maintenance price does not include the delivery charge.
If you have any questions about the price or schedule of heat pump maintenance, please contact us.
1. Check if there have been any errors or warnings in the past.
2. Shut down the equipment, clean the filters and sludge separators.
3. Drain the expansion tanks, check and set the correct pre-load pressures.
4. Fill the system to the correct working water pressure.
5. Test operation: check the system parameters during operation.
6. Check the three-way valve for proper operation.
7. If the equipment is subject to leakage testing, we also carry out leakage testing.
8. Clean the condenser of the outdoor unit.
